Having taken Lifeguard Essentials for over two years now, I really notice them when I forget to take them for a while. An old knee injury plays up. I feel more general soreness after exercise. My joints are noisier. It’s amazing how quickly that goes away when I get back on the wagon. Thanks for a great product. It really helps me.
