Shipping
We ship New Zealand wide for just $9.95, which usually takes between 1 and 3 working days once your order has been dispatched. Shipping is FREE for orders over $95.
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days of being placed, Monday to Friday. The 1 to 3 working day delivery window starts once your order leaves us, not from the moment you place it — so please allow up to around 5 working days in total from order to delivery in most cases.
You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships, so you can follow it on its way to you.
Rural delivery
If your address is on a rural delivery run, please allow extra time. Courier services generally take longer to reach rural addresses than urban ones, and this is outside our control once your parcel has left us.
Subscription orders
If you're on a Lifeguard Health subscription, the same shipping rates and timeframes apply to every recurring delivery. Orders over $95, including bundle subscriptions, continue to ship free, and you'll get a notification ahead of each delivery along with a tracking update once it's on its way.
Returns and our guarantee
We stand behind every Lifeguard Health product with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 days at info@lifeguardhealth.co.nz and we'll sort it out.
Shipping FAQs
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch, and we generally dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of you placing your order. So allow roughly 5 working days from order to delivery in most cases. Rural addresses may take a little longer.
Is shipping really free over $95?
Yes. Any order over $95 — including subscription orders — ships free anywhere in New Zealand. Orders under $95 ship for a flat $9.95.
What if I live rurally?
You'll still be charged the same shipping rate. You may just need to allow a bit longer for the courier to reach you, particularly during busy periods over winter or the holidays.
