Lifeguard Health – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders throughout New Zealand, Australia and limited other destinations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping often NZD per order. Free shipping is available on orders over 95 NZD and on subscriptions
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@lifeguard.health. We will do our best to assist you.
Lifeguard Health is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect delivery information.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
